WHAT WE DO
1. We provide access to sports, lifestyle, and career guidance and counselling to young people who seek academic success, personal development, sporting achievement, physical health, spiritual and psychological well-being.
2. Our programmes are designed for boys and girls aged 10 to 25. The programmes and activities include:

Short talks on functional skills development, etiquette, first aid skills, personal hygiene, love for self and others, care for self, etc.

-Football-laws, coaching and regular matches
3. Career Guidance and Counselling
4. We recognize the need for good nutrition, which is why we provide FREE regular healthy snacks and nutritious meals from time to time.

CEO/President
Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Doe Tamakloe
Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Doe Tamakloe is the founding president of the Atomic Gateway Sporting Academy. He is a pharmacist, pastor, and lecturer. His passion to see the next generation empowered for leadership led to the founding of AGSA. He holds the firm belief that whatever is worth doing must be done well

Vice President / Coordinator
Dr. Mrs. Hannah Tamakloe
Dr. Mrs. Hannah Tamakloe is a distinguished research scientist specialized in industrial applications of nuclear science and technology. She serves as the Coordinator of AGSA. She is passionate about mentoring youth in social skills, personal growth, and career development. Additionally, she is a strong advocate for sports and its significant contribution to human health and well-being.

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Francis Turkson
Mr. Francis Turkson is an experienced ICT professional with over nine years of expertise in Networks & Systems Infrastructure, ICT Administration, Technical IT Support & Troubleshooting, and IT Customer Service & Consultation. At AGSA, he volunteers as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Lead ICT Technical person, overseeing all ICT-related issues.

Head Coach
Mr. Christopher Kporxah
Mr Christopher Kporxah is a trained coach and a professional referee with many years of experience in the Ghana Football terrain.
As a volunteer coach at AGSA, he is the head of the coaching staff with oversight responsibility over the U-13, U-15, U-17 and Division 3 teams.
His vast knowledge on the laws governing sports and the technical side of sports is key to polishing many young people who lack understanding of the rudiments of sports.
He occasionally takes on projects at the Ghana Football Association aimed at training young referees.
His man-management skill, dedication and father figure role has helped hone the skills and build the character of many young persons.

Assistant Coach
Mr. Edward-Ferdinand Mensah
Mr. Edward-Ferdinand Mensah is a young trainer volunteer with AGSA. Being a zealot of the game, his service, just like the other coaches, is driven by passion. His duties, as one of the assistant coaches, include engaging the boys in a parallel study program to augment their school curriculum and performing any other functions as delegated by the head coach and management.
His role also spans liaising with parents/guardians, teachers and the community to groom the boys holistically in a manner that upholds the tenets of AGSA.

Mr. Dotse Dossou
Mr. Dotse Dossou is an IT professional with expertise in System Engineering and Cloud Computing. Additionally, he possesses knowledge in Business Administration and has a strong passion for mentoring and inspiring young people. His dedication and commitment to God's work have earned him a position on the AGSA Board of Patrons.

Logistic Manager
Mrs. Xornam Tsikata
Mrs Xornam Tsikata is an entrepreneur with 10 years experience as the COO of Makata farms. Her passion is to see young people grow and excel holistically in their chosen field of carrier. She has been a sports person throughout the various levels of her education from basic to the tertiary level participating in football, volleyball and table tennis. PhD. Therese Bauer
Therese Bauer is publishing director of the renowned Austrian Wiener Verlag für Sozialforschung (Vienna Academic Press). The publishing house specializes in scientific publications and cooperates with the European Academy of Sciences, among others. Theoretical works are often based on innovative collaborations with civil society.

Mr. Georg Bauer
Mr. Georg Bauer is managing partner of AGATEX Feinchemie GmbH and has made a name for himself in the chemical industry through his investments in other companies. AGATEX is active throughout the world. Georg Bauer and his team have received several awards for their economic performance.

Assistant Coordinator
Ms. Aseyenedi Esi Tamakloe
Aseyenedi Tamakloe serves as the Assistant Coordinator at Atomic Gateway Sporting Academy, where she plays a pivotal role in mentoring and empowering young athletes to excel both on and off the field. Aseyenedi’s numerous intellectual achievements and dedication to excellence make her a role model to the boys and girls of the academy, inspiring them to pursue their ambitions with discipline and integrity.
As a passionate leader, she works closely with the academy’s management to ensure events and programs run seamlessly. Aseyenedi’s commitment to instilling values such as respect, teamwork, and perseverance aligns perfectly with AGSA’s vision of raising well-rounded individuals prepared for leadership and success.
Her ability to connect with and inspire young people makes her an indispensable part of the AGSA community, as she continues to shape the next generation of leaders.
